To make your weekend I am sending you a short report about
Hormone Yoga. This method is unbelievable and it is working for sure. During my
last periods I thought it was a mistake because I felt no pain. OK, I had a few
minor cramps at the beginning but those were not even worth mentioning. I
thought this was one of those rear periods which happen once in two years not
hurting at all. So one month passed by, periods came again and the story of
previous month repeated. My partner was asking me if he should get me some
medications. But surprise, surprise, after two hours as nothing was happening (
well I felt slight pain in my legs, but it was negligible). So I am telling you
that Hormone Yoga is an AWESOME THING. And I am telling you this because since
my second periods in my life I have been eating pain killers ( as candies). It
truely rocks! You can use this as a reference. I highly recommend it to all. (

For the first time in my life I went to yoga class and I have to addmit that of all practices YOGA is my favourite. After class I was pleasantly tired and realized I felt better. As a beginner without any prior knowledge I was suspicious about signing up for yoga class. Even today I can not imagine how much I would miss if I didnt decide to go back then. What I gained with Yoga? General wellbeing, physical and mental which is most welcome specially in winter time. With yoga I awaken my body, stretch it and strenghten muscles and spine. With breating I calm my mind bringing awareness to my body and balancing my life energy. After yoga class I feel like new, calm, rested even after a long, rough day. Adrenaline sports, cycling, skiing and outside sports against yoga practice? Noways, I thought this is not for me. But customers who came to my salon were telling me about a great yoga teacher in Slovenske Konjice. So two of my friends and myself decided to try. I was immediately convinced. The practice, Mateja and calmness I felt. Yes, the calmness J And I wass sweating a whole lot even if I had totally different expectations. Every week I couldn't wait for next class. It was my one and a half hour. I truly needed it after everydays obligations and worries. This season I could not attend classes because of some other obligations and I have to admitt I miss it very much. I can not wait to join again. That hour and a half really balances mind and body.
